Relax and unwind with a weekly, 45-minute Hatha yoga class, suitable for all levels and abilities. Modifications are offered so that you can practice within the comfort of your body, and meet yourself wherever you are that day.

These classes focus on a blend of developing mobility, including flexibility and strength, and cultivating peacefulness through breath and the concluding meditation (savasana).

Yoga is a sanskrit word that means "union", and that can be extended to many things: the union of breath with movement, the union of yourself with your spirit or with the present moment... Whether you come to yoga to stretch and tone your physical body, or to cultivate mindfulness and balance in your life, yoga is a great way to explore and get to know yourself.

* * PLEASE NOTE * *
Our bodies are different from day to day and week to week, so listen to your body, and let it be the guide of how to move and how deeply to go into a pose. Your body is wise. If a pose doesn't feel comfortable for you, feel free to modify as needed, or omit entirely. This class is your time, so always know that you are most welcome to take child's pose, downward dog, or any pose that allows you to rest, and then rejoin the group when you feel ready to do so.
